| Tim Ostle |
|
Tim joined Charterhouse in 1995 as Sports Centre Manager with explicit responsibility for developing the School's new £3.1 million sports complex, now trading as the Charterhouse Club. Bringing with him a wealth of experience, now comprising over 20 years, ranging from local authority sports centres to ice rinks and water parks, Tim managed the development through from an empty shell to the Club it is today.
Since Tim joined Charterhouse, his role has grown steadily and now encompasses all the School's non-academic commercial activity, including not only the Club, but residential and non-residential lettings, functions, theatre bookings etc and retail including the School Outfitters, Sports Shop, Bookshop/Stationers and the School Tuckshop/Café.
Although less hands-on than he used to be, he continues to drive the organisation forward from his office at the Club and provide the necessary link with the School, reporting to the Bursar as a member of the Support Heads of Department team.
