Sovereign Membership is our peak-time option for those who are looking for an all-round category of membership, which enables them to combine their fitness sessions with swimming and other activities. Sovereign Members benefit from:

Use of the Fitness Suite, including initial induction,
programming, Fitness Testing and any other exercise
prescription, 7 days a week during all opening hours.
- Use of the Swimming Pool during all available times
according to the Club programme.
- All Aerobics, Circuits and Aqua Aerobics classes free of
charge (subject to availability).
Crown Membership is our off-peak, weekday, day-time
option for those who are looking for an all-round category
of membership, enabling them to combine their fitness
sessions with swimming and other activities.
Crown members benefit from:
- Use of the Fitness Suite, including initial induction,
programming, Fitness Testing and any other exercise
prescription from Monday to Friday 6.30am – 4.30pm.
- Use of the Swimming Pool during all available times
according to the Club programme, Monday to Friday
6.30am – 4.30pm
- All Aerobics, Circuits and Aqua Aerobics classes including evenings and weekends free of charge (subject to availability).
- Crown members can use the Fitness Suite and Swimming Pool during peak times but will be required to pay the relevant activity fee.
Swimming Membership is ideal for both recreational
swimmers who enjoy a quiet dip and the more serious
swimmer.
Swimming Members benefit from:
- Use of the Swimming Pool during all available times
according to the Club programme
- All Aerobics, Circuits and Aqua Aerobics classes free of
charge (subject to availability).
- Use of the Fitness Suite at the advertised price, subject to approved user induction.

Junior Membership is for children aged 5 – 15 years inclusive (under 5’s go free). Junior Members benefit from
- Use of the Swimming Pool during all available times according to the Club programme.
- Reduced rate prices for children’s activities and courses.
- Free entry to Saturday Kids Club.
Climbing Membership allows members use of the Climbing
Room at the advertised session price.
Climbing Membership is for people with a head for heights
who wish to improve their technique and skill, overcome
their fear or prepare themselves for natural crags and rock
faces.
Climbing Members benefit from:
- Use of the Climbing Room at the advertised price per session at available times.
- Use of any other facility at the relevant activity price
- All Aerobics, Circuits and Aqua Aerobics classes at the advertised activity price.
Student Membership is available for young people from 16
years of age in full time education.

Annual membership is offered, for any of the full membership categories, at half the full fee and half the joining fee but must be paid in full. Direct Debit is not available for this option.
Alternatively, there is a monthly membership option during School holiday periods, for students who are away at University during term-time. Proof of student status will be required when paying for membership. |
- The ability to book any Sports Hall activity at the advertised price.
- Use of the Climbing Room at the advertised price.
- The ability to book Club courses and therapy sessions at the advertised price.
- The ability to bring guests to the activity they are attending, at the advertised guest price. Priority for classes will always be given to members and guests can only attend the Fitness Suite subject to completing an approved user induction.
